Excellent service, helped me and given excellent advice on saving and investments, chase regularly updates me with new ways to save, chase is the most excellent bank I have ever used and as a new customer I am very pleased for all of their help. Great app

The app works brilliantly for day to day banking it is great that they don't charge FX fees on foreign transactions. However, I have had problems making online payments abroad using my card, with payments to well known companies rejected several times despite repeated calls to customer service to clear the payments. Seems the IT overrides the human input!! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Cashback and roundups

The account gives cashback on purchases (although the categories for what gets cashback have been reduced). The roundup feature is also a good one. The app is easy to use and doesn't lag like some others. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
