I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good App. Verification can be a pain.

Very easy to use the app. After my phone broke, I did have to attempt the verification (a photo of my passport and a selfie) numerous times before I was allowed access to the account. Now I have a new phone and I'm not looking forward to having to do it again. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
