Couldn't care less.

Had an issue with a fraudulent transaction, never replied on the app. On the phone couldn't tell me how to prevent this and didn't seem to care. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Speak to a human it's nice!

Had to call chase about a issue I had and actually spoke to a real person that sorted my problem straight away, it's nice to know there is someone on the end of a phone rather than being put on hold by a robot to eventually get through so someone and be told wrong department. I love the simplicity of the app, and the cashback

I love the simplicity of the app, and the cashback element. As a new homeowner it’s an Easy way to make £180 a year for just using a debit card. The savings rates aren’t too bad either. And my experience with their customer service team was also pretty good too. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
