Excellent account for home and abroad.

Easy to apply for account. The banking app is full of information and simple to use. Whilst travelling around South America last year I had no problems when using debit card or drawing money from ATMs all with nk currency charges. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

The Card is unusable most of the time.

The Card is unusable most of the time. You need to keep updating mobile app, else the card is unusable. There is no warning. When you use the card it refuses' the transaction until you update your app. I was once in a long queue, reached the front unable to use the debt card. Told this to customer care too.
