Seamless banking experience with Chase UK

I have opened my account roughly a year ago and it has been an all-rounded superb experience. First of all, the account opening process was swift and effortless, it took me less than half an hour from starting the application from scratch to be able to shop online and in person by adding the card to my apple wallet. The app design is very human, it is very easy to use and navigate between my past transactions, savings, card number and other useful features. Whenever I have a problem, such as one with unknown transaction, the agent is reachable in a reasonable amount of time, but above all any enquiries or concerns that I had were always dealt with efficiently. Very happy with a new banking company

Having started with chase, support has been very responsive and quick to resolve any questions asked, banking app easy to use, limits a lot better than my other online banking, enjoy the cash back and higher interest rate, security is always a must hence the card is spot on Reviewed on: 7th March 2024
