Having my banking at my fingertips puts me in control

Must use card

The savings accounts are great, I make money using my card essentially. I also love the mobile app, it is seamless and has an excellent user interface and UX. everything is where it needs to be. One Of The UK's Top Banks at the moment

I've been with Chase Bank since the first year they started up in the UK and I've been impressed ever since with their service, I love the 1% monthly cashback offer I receive every month for paying in £500+ which I receive money back on all my purchases and direct debit payments, they have some of the best interest rates and incentives for saving at the moment according to money saving expert and Martin Lewis, they have a roundup account which is brilliant, you can open multiple accounts at the same time to save and organise your money better, the app is the best banking app I've ever used it's fast and very user friendly with the best security and privacy tools in the app to keep my money safe plus it's not a problem if i lost my bank card as they let you keep your card details and PIN as before and they give you a virtual online card to make online purchases with that has different card details separate from my physical card so if anything goes wrong online you can just simply request brand new details for the virtual card which is provided instantly, you cant go overdrawn as they don't provide overdrafts which i like, everything you need about your Chase Bank account Chase Bank card is all in the app such as viewing your PIN code whenever you like, Chase Bank cards are all numberless so everything from the card number to your sort code and account number is all easily available within the app........Chase Bank literally has the best in-app messaging service to contact customer services I've ever experienced! You can instant message an agent 24/7 and the reply is practically instant and so helpful couldn't praise them more had an excellent banking experience with Chase Bank UK.
