Any issues raised have been dealt with in a very timely manner and courteous way. I’ve been with my bank since 1999, and will be moving all my online banking accounts to Chase. It’s about time we (the public) had a bank that actually supports its customers, is professional, and gives back to its customers. It’s really that simple but effective. If you love being rewarded, get a Chase account!

I love having my Chase account because from day one there have been so many benefits that have come with it. To begin with it was earning 1% cashback on all spending, then it was the option to open up a round-up saving account, and now I am still receiving 1% cashback on all spending and 1% interest on my current account balance. A bank that gives you money, you don't here that often!

Excellent interest rate on current account, plus cash back paid monthly on all purchases, app is simple and straightforward,, never had any issues. Safety features such as number less card, this should be industry standard. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
