Since joining Chase I now use this bank as my main spending account and use my other account for my bills. The 1% cashback on spending is a very attractive package which has also helped me to save a little bit of extra money for future purchases after a year. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

Been with Chase for two years and have been a great...

Been with Chase for two years and have been a great bank to work with. I currently still earn 1% on transactions up to £15, which is a fantastic bonus. Also have a savings account with Chase which is simple and easy to manage on their great app. I also like the way they engage with the customers on up and coming products, not had that with any other bank. I like banking through Chase because the app is easy to navigate and it's very secure. The cashback offer is also convenient. When I had to contact Chase, I contacted them through the app. Their customer service is excellent. They were quick to respond, even in the evening, and they were very helpful!
