great customer service

the app is easy to use. they answer the phone quickly and is easy to sort any issues. when wife got scammed they answered the Phan quickly and were responsive and exceptionally helpful. where is it too her other bank 45mins to answer the phone when you need a very quick response. we have had no problems with chase and recommend them. Secure and sound.

Lost my phone last year, one phone call to cancel it on that phone and signed up on a new phone with all my login details, not a problem. Also needed to move some monies to another bank to pay a mortgage off and had to phone them to authorise the transfer, took a little longer, but am reassured that my money is safe. Good bank for UK and overseas payments

Good bank for everyday use account or travel abroad. They don't charge any fee if you pay in any country outside UK. As well they have great customer service support. I I always can rely on them. Fast response and good service. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

The app is easy to set up and use.

The app is easy to use, I love the fact I can set spend limits onmy debit card. I have used my card whilst travelling, its great as I can see the purchase immediately on my phone, and no charges for using my card abroad. Have recommended to family and friends. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
