1% cashback!

The app works great - I've not experienced any issues / errors whilst using the app. Other banking apps offer more more comprehensive budgeting features, but personally I don't think they're needed and it's not something I'd make use of. The real selling point for Chase is the 1% cashback, which is a better deal than most credit cards! Generally impressive

App generally works well though on ocassion it may not, requiring some patience to perform the required function. When I needed to speak with an operator on the phone they answered impressively quickly compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Fantastic App

Chase have developed a fantastic banking app that is extremely easy to use, track and manage all your transactions. You can locate where each transaction was made on a map and see a running total of different types of payments. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Best everyday current account

Been with Chase for just over 3 years having switched from a more traditional bank. The experience has been incredible, always quick to respond to any queries, nice to also get cash back on everyday spending. App is great - very user-friendly. Would 100% recommend Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
