Overall a decent app and user experience. The setup is quite easy and all expected features are there (virtual accounts, etc). Customer service is good and reactive Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Chase Bank is exceptional

Monthly cash back on daily spending and interests on current accounts. No other bank offer me these incentives. Plus the numberless debit card is fantastic. 1% cashback!

The app works great - I've not experienced any issues / errors whilst using the app. Other banking apps offer more more comprehensive budgeting features, but personally I don't think they're needed and it's not something I'd make use of. The real selling point for Chase is the 1% cashback, which is a better deal than most credit cards!
