I have no complaints banking with Chase.

I have no complaints banking with Chase. Everything works as it should and whilst I've not had reason to engage with their team on the phone or via email, I have found the app easy to navigate and suitable for my everyday banking needs. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Good security design, even better perks

Chase bank account offers great security design, allowing me to instantly refresh my card details. The bank card does not carry any details by itself, no need for bank to send a new card if I suspect my card information has been leaked. The bank card also came very quickly. Chase also offers a very compeititve interest rate on their saving account, and the 1% cashback is a big factor that attracted me to move my account to them. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase CA with cashback 5 stars! Excellent!

Chase current account is fantastic as is the app, rewarding cashback up to £15 on purchases. Since joining Chase my other account with Virgin Money has hardly been used as they don't offer cashback and customer service also isn't as good as Chase. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
