Best digital customer experience

I've been chase customer from last 18 months and it's been pleasure. With digital banking user experience, it's the best among the market. Amazing current account!

Chase give you the option to open multiple current accounts which you can name according to the use. It is easy to set up new payments to new people, direct debits, standing orders etc. It is easy to confirm purchases made online via the app to authorise payments so I feel confident my card hasn’t been cloned. You can see where your money is going and see how it compares to your spending in the previous month. You also get 1% cash back on purchases and utilise the round up function to easily save more money without deliberately trying to! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

It's so easy to move money.

Brilliant banking app

Chase is a brilliant banking app. Simple to use and never glichy unlike my other banking apps. The account pays 1% cashback on purchases and has a linked savings account that pays a decent interest rate. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

The perfect everyday current account

A great bank that I use in tandem with a high street current account to have effective budgeting. Insights are very useful and I really enjoy no card fees while travelling abroad. I appreciate that the reward is very attainable and this means that I almost always qualify for the 1% cashback. Overall a great product that I’d recommend to friends and family.
