Is everyone getting a different service to me?

Not really sure what the fuss is about Chase, it's above average but there's far better out there. The app bounces between slow and clunky to lightning fast, it's not got all the other features that other digital banks do and it's nowhere near intuitive enough to use as competitors. The cashback offer was what set it apart from other banks but as they've now capped that it's no different to what alot of other account packages provide. I've used the customer service once and it was wholly useless, felt robotic and automated, it didn't solve my issue and I couldn't trust them if something serious went wrong. All in all if you ignore the marketing campaign, they're not really any different to traditional banks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Friendly bank!

I am really surprise that it is so easy to communicate with bank. When calling them, they answer at once- no queue. the banking application is very clear and easy to use. rich offer for current account like cash back and interest. which I didn't have in any other bank! Much better than my old Bank

I've had to move from another Bank and Chase have been very supportive, i had an issue while abroad in Japan and the response time was only minutes and the solution was made and completed within 10 minutes. Fantastic Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

All Round Winner By Me - Great Staff, Great Mobile APP

The staff are very helpful and personable. The way the current account works means you never go into overdraft. A great tool for those of us with limited budgets. The best app I've seen out there, with great flexibility to categorise your own expenditure. The option to select or future transactions for a merchant - uique to chase. I've banked with FD and NW and Nationwide - they don't have that feature. Great online summaries. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

The APP is very straight forward and easy to use.

The APP is very straight forward and easy to use. The cash back of 1% is unbeatable. The service from the agents via phone is excellent, they are polite, able to speak English clearly and answer the phone almost immediately. Only slight disappointment is that the cash back is limited to £15 per month. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
