My partner introduced me to chase as I wanted an account to use in Australia while visiting my daughter without having any hidden costs. I love it, I could see exactly what I was spending and didn’t get charged for my transactions. I’m now thinking of getting a savings account with them as their app is so easy to use… even for me! From the minute I opened my account it's been easy to navigate and when I've had any problems the customer service is so professional and efficient and sorted things out quickly.
