Chase is not a perfect bank but when your in a problem they are always there to sort it out … there’s been times I’ve been overcharged for something and chase has always been there to give me a token of niceness. Such an easy app to use and accounts clearly displayed

So easy to use and move money from savings to current accounts within the app. When I had a problem and called them, I spoke to a human and they were very helpful and answered the question knowledgeably. Interest rates are at the top end of most savings accounts and moving money to and from other institutions is a simple process. The layout of the app is great and you can hide other accounts if you don't want to see them each time the app is opened. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
