Putting the big names to shame

I cannot fault Chase since joining a few months ago. The app is user friendly and extremely quick to update you of any transactions taking place. The round up savings function is great for saving with minimal effort and access to this savings pot at any time is always great for a rainy day. The game changer, though, is the 1% cash back on purchases, with this and round up enabled, makes saving 10 times easier and helping taking the guilt out of spending Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Overall best service and the cashback scheme is great

It’s good and you don’t need to wait very long time for an customer service agent when you have any issue. Overall is great and have cashback for 1% is very attractive for me especially most of the bank just have 1% with specific category. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase bank. Fantastic and highly recommend

Had my current account for around 8 months now and also have a savings account with chase as well. It was very easy to set up and the customer service team as very professions and very fast to answer any questions or queries I have a had.
