Disputes with other companies

I have had a couple of problem with payments to companies that I have not recieved the goods that ampoule have been delivered and on each occasion chase bank git my money for me when I couldn't. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great bank and app

Customer service usually good but my last interaction was very frustrating. The customer service adviser didn’t seem to understand what I wanted to do and so I ended up solving my problem myself. Best current account

Chase current account is rhe best current account I've had with 1% cashback on everything and interest and it also rounds up the pennies to save with 5% interest. Also great for using abroad, doesn't charge a fee when using it abroad. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great current account used in tandem with savings ...

Innovative current account with cashback, roundup and a great app to keep things under control. Using the current account in tandem with the savings account, it's easy to transfer money between the two to maximise interest earnings whist still earning on current account cashback.
