I used my chase account for travelling south east Asia and it was so easy to transfer money, the exchange rate was great and the saving interest percentage was the best. By far the best online banking experience. It is literally not possible for their customer services to get any better. Totally blown away by their stellar experience. Honestly the best bank. The app is so easy to use, easy to open/close additional accounts with no fuss. Interest rate on a current account also, could it get any better? If you need to speak to an assistant they’re there in seconds and get you a response so quickly. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
