All round great service

The app is super easy to navigate. The call centre staff were really helpful when I needed to speak to them and balances are updated immediately which makes sure you always know exactly what you have. Fantastic banking from the start.

Fantastic banking from the start. Easy to set up in the first place. App is very intuitive and the round up function is a great little feature that allows you to save as you go without you realising. Cash back on purchases is another brilliant feature - quite literally money for nothing - a no brainer! Recommending to several other people who are all using Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
