I received a £100 Amazon voucher for changing to chase. They give you rewards for spending money which is amazing on the tube in London. Free money! They have a round up account which gets 5% interest that’s linked to your current account. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Chase refunded me

When money was taken out of my account by odeon cinema and no ticket issued chase refund me full, I was not expecting a refund I just contacted them to let them know what happened, but they’re refunded me fully straight away Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Best thing about Chase in the it’s a 24/7 Bank 7 days a week. If you return an item to a shop the money is back into your account within the next day or the day after at the latest Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
