THE Bank Account to have !!

A very thoughtful, efficient and ground breaking bank - clearly put a massive amount of thought and unique opportunities into the product. Leaves other "ordinary" banks looking very third rate and unimaginative - clearly the customer is considered fully. I'm very pleased with my Chase Account and long may it continue. Had one issue , where I needed to cancel a standing order for a product and claim a payment back, contacted the on line help and it was sorted out within 24hrs. Couldn't ask for more friendly, helpful customer service advisor , kept me up-to date every step of the way. Also the money back for spending is great. Uncomplicated, just what I want.
