I have been extremely satisfied with my experience banking with Chase. Their customer service is top-notch and I feel I’m in good hands. One of the major benefits of banking with Chase is their 1% cash-back offer on many transactions, which is a significant advantage for me. Additionally, they round up the transaction amount to the nearest pound and transfer the difference to my savings account. It's also incredibly convenient to access my account and manage my finances through their mobile app, which is a significant benefit for me. A must have for travel

I joined the bank primarily because I was due to travel to USA and wanted an easy way to pay for goods and services. It was so easy to pay in dollars and immediately have the amount shown on the phone. It was the first time I had used that sort of payment and it didn't take long to get the hang of it. Even better they pay you to spend. Now I continue to use it at home.
