Card issues anda fraud claim.

Had a couple of card issues and a fraud claim, both dealt with without fuss and very efficiently. Compensated for the embarrassment caused by card issues, and fraud sorted with a few simple questions, then credited the amount involved straight back to my account. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

The best thing about Chase is the cashback on spendi...

The best thing about Chase is the cashback on spending combined with the round-up feature. The app is the best banking app I have used. The biggest downsides to Chase are the lack of a desktop site and the inability to deposit or withdraw cash, so it must be used alongside another bank account. The savings account provides instant access to money, unlimited deposits but the interest rate is no longer as competitive as it once was. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
