A very satisfied customer

I tried to do a transfer and I got in a muddle. I sent a message and got a reply immediately from a very helpful lady who said she would check my account. I got a reply very quickly and she told me everything was fine and asked if she could help me with anything else. I was very impressed. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Straightforward banking

Excellent service. No fees. StraightFoward banking. Only draw back cant pay in cheques (photo service wd be useful). Dont need overdraft so great for me. After being with Natwest since 1982 - a refreshing change! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
