I have had the chase bank account for just under a year and it’s great. Easy to move money between your savings accounts and current account. Round up is a great thing and a good savings way of a little bit at a time. I’ve not had an interaction with customer services apart from to set up my account. I love that the card has no details on it so if I lose it no one will be able to access my details. It works great with Apple Pay too. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

A great all round account.

Very straightforward and easy to open the account. Round up facility is a great way to save without noticing and the cashback is another bonus. Perfect for travellers too with no overseas charges. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great service from real people!

Immediate response from a real person when I had an issue. A lost card can be done immediately too via the App. And the account gives cash back. paying in between current and savings account so quick and easy. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Verycomfortable.

Iv had know issues using this bank the app is problem proof and easy to navigate. I'm hoping that they decide to do overdrafts and loans . I think this is the only thing missing apart from that I feel comfortable using this bank with my money. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
