Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Recently needed to transfer a large sum of money and needed to ring customer services to do so. Phone was answered quickly and the transfer was done with the minimum of effort. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

They do a great job.

They do a great job. The app is really good and easy to use. If you need to talk to them you get straight through to a human with no queues or lists of options. So old fashioned but so so good and so much better than any other bank that I have used Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Superb app experience.

Superb app experience. Excellent customer service, speedy, personal and issues resolved. Opening the account was easy and monitoring spending and balances is straightforward. Great from the start

Chase have been great from the moment I joined - nearly two years ago. The app works really well, I love the facility to open different savings "pots" and it's all easy to use.
