Being a more experienced person in life who has used several banks Chase is by far the best I have used. I cannot find fault in any way. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Everyone should bank with Chase!

I have loved using Chase and would recommend to anyone. The 1% cash back has been a lovely added extra. As has the round up option to with 5% AER. It really feels like I am being rewarded for using my money. Seperately, I engaged with their customer service team earlier this month and they were so helpful. Even when I realsied I was actually wrong they were so nice and didn't make me feel lilke a fool. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

A bank that genuinely cares for their customer

Whenever I have a query they are prompt in answering and always appear genuine in their care for their customers. The app is easy to navigate and provides updates on what is available to you as a customer. They are always the quickest to respond if there are any BOE interest rate changes and it is always to the benefit of their customers. Highly recommend!

I have told a lot of my friends about Chase bank and my experience. Accessing and moving between my savings and current accounts on the app is very streamlined and I think their benefits are excellent. 1% cash back and round ups earning more interest are just a few of the great features. Best banking experience
