Solid online bank experience with a great app

I went with Chase after relocating from the U.S. where I was a longtime customer; it seemed like a good idea to go with a brand I recognized. Straightforward to set up an account and card arrived quickly. Customer service reliably addresses all issues. App is excellent. Great for traveling—no foreign transaction fees or withdrawal fees that I’m aware of (unlike their American division!). My one gripe is that the debit card doesn’t have its details printed on it—it’s a contactless Mastercard but all it has is a chip and your full name. They market this as a security feature but it’s caused practical issues on a few occasions. For example, at hotels or airline desks, they have to enter your card information into the system by hand, so now I have to hand over my phone for them to copy the information from the app whereas before I could’ve just left the card.
