Incredible service and technical capabilities!

Incredible customer service, when my card details were stolen they immediately rectified the lost balance, even as they conducted their investigation meaning that there was no disruption. Also, as their cards have no details I didn’t have to wait for a new card to be sent out to continue using my Chase account. Excellent app based banking

A bank that truly stands by its customers

I am writing to express my appreciation for Chase bank. I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided and believe it offers excellent value for money. One of the key reasons I choose to bank with Chase is the rewards programme, which offers 1% cashback on all everyday shopping expenditure. As someone who does a lot of their shopping using a debit card, this cashback adds up significantly over the course of a year. I was delighted to receive around £300 in cashback rewards over the past 12 months, which has allowed my family and I to enjoy more activities together. Another beneficial feature is the interest rate paid on my current account, which is consistently higher than other banks I have compared it to. Whether it is covering regular expenses or long term savings, Chase helps my money go further. In summary, I feel Chase provides an outstanding banking service that truly fits my needs. Both the rewards available on spending and competitive savings rates mean I benefit financially on a monthly basis. Good all rounder

Good to receive interest on savings and to continue to receive interest when you move your money across into your current account - and to then receive interest on round-up and cashback as you spend. Good to also be able to use the same card abroad without fees. Interest is higher elsewhere so I don't use Chase alone. Fast customer service. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
