Reliable, fast, user friendly, good rates and promotions (e.g. cash back and round up savings feature on higher savings rate). Good call centre who are well equipped and trained at solving problems. The only additional feature I'd like is more credit facilities, like overdraft and mortgages. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best Digital Bank by Far! 10/10!

Account signup was simple and straightforward. This has continued to be the case with account management and further account opening, with both being quick and easy within the Chase banking app. The app features are great, as are the current and savings account products and interest rates! In addition, the little extra features make all the difference; current account round ups on debit card transactions, cash back on purchases and being able to create multiple savings accounts to hold different pots of money, helping me with budgeting and money management! nothing beats this bank nothing in UK

nothing beats this bank nothing starting from % on saving overall to the cashback 1% in uk is only those expensive ones amex cards also i called for a chat with the people their customer service replying in a second and that was in 3 am in the morning as i was doing night i texted thinking will forgot what to ask until morning they reply in a second in 3 am thats was amazing never seen something like that before Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent all rounder

I have around 4/5 current accounts with different commercial banks since I was around 16. Honestly Chase has stood out the most not only because of the great savings rate it has for its savings account but also the 1% cashback incentive - as a student I saved so much and had money adding up and didn’t worry as much about being broke! Also the customer service especially the live chat function is amazing, they reply at any time if the night and are very keen to solve any issues. I remember messaging at 3am and had my issue resolved in ten minutes. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
