Easy to manage and intuitive

The account is so easy to manage, works perfectly with Google Pay and the app is really intuitive and easy. I like that the details do not appear on the card but are stored securely in the app. I have marked the customer service question as neutral as I have had no cause to contact customer services which is a good thing right? Chase is the best bank ever!

Chase is the best bank ever! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this bank. The security of no information on my physical card and being able to immediately lock my card on the app is a huge win. Their cashback was a huge selling point for me and has been a massive help in saving money where possible. I have made this my main account due to it. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
