I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Love the cashback

I like that they provide cash back on general spending and that they have a low barrier to entry. It means I can have a service account and not worry about charges. Plus they don't send loads of advertising, just some occasional money management advice. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to manage and intuitive

The account is so easy to manage, works perfectly with Google Pay and the app is really intuitive and easy. I like that the details do not appear on the card but are stored securely in the app. I have marked the customer service question as neutral as I have had no cause to contact customer services which is a good thing right?
