Easy to use app.

Opened the account about almost 2 years ago and invested £50,000. This has rolled on month after month. Initially I had problems with the app and support helped me out but within months version 2 of the app was released and all problems evaporated. Its very simple to use. Excellent customer service

When I had an issue with a payment I made whilst on holiday in Spain I was able to speak to a real person. They gave me some excellent advice which swiftly resolved the issue. Chase even called me a week later to make sure everything was all sorted. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Any problems are instantly sorted out don’t think I will ever bank with anyone else….. Brilliant service interest on your current account and good interest rates on my savings too… Love the round up it’s like a little savings you don’t think about and at the end of the year you get a nice little lump sum… Also the rewards are good you get 1% back every time you spend Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
