Excellent Customer Service & Easy UI

I've received great support from the Chase customer service team on multiple different occasions when I was faced problems with my account details. I have always been able to get ahold of someone on the phone very quickly and the support given to me has always led to resolving the issue. It is also a great plus that the app is so easy to use. No issues with CHASE, one day money was taken from my account by a scammer and CHASE were fantastic, got my money back in less that 24hrs, changed me card and new one arrived within 48hrs. All from 3 taps on the app and within four minutes, I was speaking directly with a human. Cannot fault them. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
