Switched to chase as my main expenses bank. Transfers are seamless and the app is user friendly. They have a fantastic 1% cashback for all transactions - which seams like a small amount but I’ve made a lot of purchases and the cash back is awesome. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Fantastic new digital bank

Even though Chase bank are a relatively new bank in the UK, they have brought a new way of banking to the country. It’s a digital bank with loads of cool new features. They are constantly making improvements and are willing to listen to their customers feedbacks. The industry is moving to digital and moving away from physical, in person banking. Chase does not disappoint

I was recommened Chase by a friend and I am certainly not disappointed. The customer service were kind and quick with their response whenever I have had issues. The round up feature is a great tool and has helped me greatly with my saving goals. And speaking of savings, the monthly spotlights have provided great insights into my spending habits, and have helped me learn where I can cut back. The interest rates and cashback for the first year are also nothing to sneeze at. Overall, a bank that I will most definitely be continuing to use for the foreseeable future. It's win win with a Chase account

Setting up an account is straightforward and the app is very easy to use. Transactions show up quickly. Money can easily be transferred to a Chase savings account which has a decent interest rate. Transfers to other people or bank accounts are easy to set up and the money moves quickly. The interest and cashback payments on the account are a welcome bonus. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
