Chase Bank is brilliant

I love this bank. Very simple and easy to use. Despite there being some limitations, Chase have somehow made it a very viable option for customers to use the banking facilities that are available. Great interest rates etc. Yes I wish there was an option to deposit cash or transfer money abroad but I can see past that. Brilliant bank with brilliant customer focus. Keep up the great work. Great bank

Opened last year and it has an accounting programme linked to the bank account. This saves me so much time when it comes to my books. Has a savings account for my taxes. Easy to set up and run, a fantastic bank offering a brilliant service. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I've been with Chase for a couple of years now.....

I've been with Chase for a couple of years now, it's turned out to be a great decision. Firstly they offered a decent savings rate, they answer the phone with hardly any delay and just a couple of days ago my debit card and several others I know were attacked by Jet Frog. Everyone had their card put on hold and a new replacement one sent out. But...... because my Chase Card has it's details held virtually they simply updated them, lifted the bar and bingo, I was in business within hours with a new number, expiry date and cvc number all done through the App. Superb.
