Hugely positive experience with Chase

I have had a hugely positive experience with Chase. I have a current account which I use on a daily basis. The cashback feature is great - as is their app which easily tells you 1. how to qualify and 2. if you have qualified or not (this is not the case with other banks who hide whether you have qualified). I have used my Chase card overseas without any issue at all and again, earned cashback on this use. I have not yet had needed to use their customer services (which I see as a positive), but also feel that this means I can't comment on that aspect. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Next level banking app

So easy to use, move & manage my finances. The interest rates are the so competitive, love the round up savings too. This is by the far most cost effective and useful banking app I have ever used. It gives the customer what they need without the hassle! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

A much better bank
