Good and prompt service

The waiting time is not so long when I call and the operators are committed to resolving your problem, when they say they will call back on a certain date they have done every time so the customer service is very good compared to other organisations. I love the app and round up feature.

I love the round up feature and the ability to move money from my current account to my savings account. The ability to access all of my account details through the mobile app is incredibly convenient. The savings account interest rate is also second to none the best out there of any bank.
