Excellent boons for any individual banking with Chase.

Excellent boons for any individual banking with Chase. The 1% cash back on everyday spending is very attractive, and stacks up quickly. This is in addition to a nice little 1% AER already on the current account. The Chase app UI makes viewing your money relatively easy, and creating separate pots of capital is straightforward. Useful reminders also appear to inform the user of upcoming payments. This being said, the Chase app itself needs more optimising for a smoother experience. It's not uncommon to have lag, and sometimes the app will refuse to perform actions at all when accessing your current accounts. These errors will require a restart of the app. However, for the rewards and good service the account offers, it's reason enough to have some patience when these errors occur, and after over a year with Chase, I can't see myself switching anytime soon.
