Banking and Saving made easy

The simplicity of the Chase app is great and I also like how you can personalise each pot. It’s clever not having any information on the physical card, though all your details are simply accessed on the app. I’ve really taken advantage of the savings accounts too. Good and prompt service

The waiting time is not so long when I call and the operators are committed to resolving your problem, when they say they will call back on a certain date they have done every time so the customer service is very good compared to other organisations.
