Every time I have had a concerns or issues with my account the customer service has resolved swiftly and professionally building my confidence in the bank. The round up and cashback functionality have been great catalysts to get me focused on savings again. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Love my chase current account.

Love my chase current account. The 1% cash back received for using my debit card soon adds up. I use the round up function also again this soon adds up and I can treat myself. The debit card is great that there are no details on it they are stored in the app. I love I have to approve online transactions in the app as this helps me feel safe with regards to fraud. Excellent 1% cashback on debit card spending

Great to be able to get 1% cashback on all debit card spending. Easy to manage account through app. Numberless debit card is more annoying than helpful though as it would actually be useful to know the number on the physical card (which is different to the card in the app).
