I have used Chase Bank support on a few occasions either in the UK or abroad and found the support I was given absolutely superb. The online help was answered straight away and even by phone there was no waiting. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Fantastic and more money!

Since joining chase my finances have been managed so much better, I’ve been able to budget better and save more! The app is amazing and the best one I have and used. I love how you can have several accounts and switch between them for spending! This has really helped me manage my money. The app is so easy to use.
