I have been a Chase customer for just over a year and am so pleased with them that I am considering moving my other bank accounts to them. Their app is easy to use. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. It is easy to keep track of everything in one place. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best bank I’ve ever been with!

Best bank I’ve ever been with, I was with previous banks before and none cater to me like Chase does, to be able to text chat instead is the best thing for me. I have a bad phobia of speaking over the phone which is to do with my neurodivergence. So having this option to speak to someone through texting is amazing for me and gives me independence on sorting stuff out! More businesses need to take notes from chase for this! Chase is currently the best-of-breed in its class.

Have used other challenger / digital-only banks before, like Monzo and N26 in Europe, and would definitely rate Chase as my no 1 for digital banking. I now do all my daily spend transactions on it, and I love the savings account too. I also love the little perks like the round-up account and the 1% cashback on all my daily spend trans. Easy to sign up to and in the early days I contacted their service agents. Responses were excellent, much quicker than I expected. The interest that they provide on their accounts is excellent on the features are imaginative. Their app is class leading IMO. Easy to use and very informative in data provided.
