I been a Chase member for half a year, having multiple accounts from other bank, but i can guarantee Chase has been the best banking service for me, as i am a daily spender and a student, Chase’s rewards system is the best compared to other banks ,the 1% cash back, is the best, as you can get a percentage return you spent, also as a customer who wants to learn and start saving and investing in the future Chase gives amazing tips, monthly which gives you insights on how to use your money smartly. User friendly banking app

Starting up and app process are easy to follow. Card details easy to find on the app. 1% cash back on all purchases without a fee - excellent idea. App has all the features you would expect from a banking up - but a much easier app to follow than ones used previously. Text messages each time the card is used are instant.. While going to church a Sunday morning , i lost my chase bank card; I didn't notice until i switched on my mobile phone after church, I i had a few notification from chase customer services . i call them back and explain the situation as they already blocked the card . the person who pick it up already made several transaction(£180). the software of chase who knew I was not the type of person to do those kind of transaction stopped and blocked the card . AFTER A FEW DAYS OF INVESTIGATION THEY (chase) REFUNDED ME ALL MY MONEY . there is no other bank in UK who does that . The customer service agent I spoke with was excellent and spot on in all the questions and even reassure me of the process and the time frame . Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I do love Chase because it’s the best for me. 1% cashback up to £15 is a great perk, plus 1% interest in the current account. It’s a great little way to make a bit more cash. Love it. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Joined for the 1% cashback and stayed for the ease of use, great front end design. Love the nutmeg collaboration, who I already had an account with and the encouragements to save money in pots. Most rewarding bank I've been with and plan to stay for a long while. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
