Chase is Ace

One of the first people to use Chase in the UK. Recommended to my partner as well for current and savings. Both love it. Hopefully looking to do some Nutmeg investing in the near future. Love the app and everything about Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I love Chase!

I love Chase! The app is very easy to use, the rewards programme is brilliant and I don't pay fees to use my card abroad. I can have several accounts and savings within the same current account and spread my money among them the way I want, they all pay interest. What is it not to love? Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great bank overall

I joined Chase bank when they were offering 1% cash back on spending and stuck with them ever since. I bank with a lot of main / high street banks and Chase stands out due to the following; great customer care, good loyalty with cash back for spending, easy to use and functional app, useful notifications but don't get bombarded. If I was to add one further feature, it would be to have it more linked with Third Party apps like Airtime Rewards. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

A reasonable interest rate

It has a good interest rate although still below some accounts. Was good about a year ago but they stopped increasing the interest rate in line with the base rate. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good if you don't need to use Customer service.

Good overall for use of daily spend to save 1% on spend. Interest rates are OK on savings however there is better out there. Only poor experience is I was promised an update around using my chase card to pay a payment which wouldn't work. This was there Mastercard to pay a credit card which wouldn't work. 1 year on no update and gave up as I used my HSBC account to sort it. Also pending charges from failed payment from chase to authorised held money for 3 days and the seller said they haven't requested the payment.
