Had a problem with a payment and had to phone.

Had a problem with a payment and had to phone. Almost instant pickup and they allayed fears and fixed it. (Wish others answered phones that quickly). 1% cash back providing cash incentive that few banks can match (Maybe Kroos interest on current account might offer more - but its dead easy in Chase APP to move money to savings and back.
