I have only had positive experiences with chase so far.

I have only had positive experiences with chase so far. Their customer service is always quick to get back to me and provide the correct support for instance posting my statements which I needed. Also the app is very easy to use and intuitive. I like the rewards feature and feel it is a more modern way of banking which suits my needs. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great service and app, cashback, fee free spending..

Great app, excellent customer service when I've needed to use it. Benefits with fee free spending abroad, daily cashback. Only minor negative is Savings interest could be a little higher comparing to competitors. Recommended this bank and app to friends, many moving from Monzo to Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
