Great easy on line banking for current account and savings accounts. Great card to use abroad also. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Customer Service is great.

Customer Service is great. Never on hold for long and don't have endless options to choose before you get through to an actual person. App easy to use and set up on new devices. Cashback is a great perk, round up works well. Savings interest rate was good but now I'm not a new customer it isn't so good. I think they should review loyalty. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
