Love my Chase account!

App is excellent and easy to understand. People answer the telephone quickly to deal with any problems or enquiries. 1% back on all debit card spending, even abroad! Good rate of interest on the savings account. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Really good banking app

Chase's banking app is really easy to use, you can open accounts easily. It's 1% cashback on purchases is really nice. Opening the account was very easy. I would highly recommend it to anybody else. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Pathetic

I was on holiday when they blocked my account for no reason, leaving me penniless and embarrassed beyond belief. Would not recommend. Destroyed my life for weeks Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Excellent interest rates.

It was easy to transfer from a well known high street bank to chase. Would have helped is direct debits transfers were automatic but the rewards are worth the extra time spend changing these. A reward account with interest, no overdraft which made me budget better and other promotion make Chase ideal for me. Simple to use app and constant communication about your usage helps kero my finances on track. Great interest interest rates on all accounts. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
